Dr. Cook is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife with advanced training in medical aesthetics and women’s health. Our clinic offers cutting-edge procedures, including neurotoxins, fillers, PRP /PRF regenerative services, and hormone replacement for men and women. Jennifer is a member of the Cellular Medicine Association, with advanced training in the O-Shot procedure for female sexual wellness.
